Nato, which met with Ukraine in Brussels to discuss tensions between Ukraine and Russia, said that “meeting with Russia will not solve every problem.”
The NATO-Ukraine Commission Meeting was chaired by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and attended by Deputy Prime Minister Olga Stefanishina, who is in charge of Euro-Atlantic Integration, while the meeting focused on tensions between Ukraine and Russia.
“ALL COUNTRIES ARE BOTH IDEAS WHEN WE HAVE RED FLOWERS”
Stefanishina said that NATO member states accept that Russia and Ukraine have their own red lines. These red lines are also issues related to the future of countries in NATO.”
“MEETING WITH RUSSIA WILL NOT SOLVE EVERY PROBLEM”
Stoltenberg said that there is a view that dialogue with Russia will not solve every problem. But I don’t think it’s going to solve every problem. I hope there’s a way forward. It would be unrealistic to expect to solve everything this week.”
