Türk Telekom was deemed worthy of an award in the “Future of Intelligence” category at the “IDC Digital Transformation Awards” with its “Network Artificial Intelligence Operation Decision Support Project”, which it developed completely locally and nationally.
Turkish telecomadded a new one to its awards with its innovative technologies. The operator won the first place in the “Future of Intelligence” category with its “Network Artificial Intelligence Operations Decision Support Project” at the “Digital Transformation Awards” organized by the International Data Corporation (IDC) as part of the IDC DX Summit event.
At the event where 190 projects of 75 institutions were evaluated, Türk Telekom was deemed worthy of an award with its “Network Artificial Intelligence Operation Decision Support Project”, which it developed completely domestically and nationally with open source technologies. Within the scope of the project, more than 90 scenarios were discussed using the Network Artificial Intelligence program, machine learning and advanced analytical methods. Network operations were made smarter with artificial intelligence, by reducing fault response times, proactive fault management and increasing operational quality in scenarios.

Türk Telekom, as a brand pioneering the digital transformation of Turkey, succeeded to be ranked 3 years in a row at the IDC Digital Transformation Awards with the domestic and national projects it implemented with its own resources and the resources of its group company Innova.
